Integrated Healthcare Resources (IHR) facility offers a unique focused point of care for the injured or ill patient and for the employer and the insurance administrator. The medical team works in person at IHR defining and agreeing to patient treatment goals, including expected discharge outcome within reasonable time frame.
The members and make-up of the interdisciplinary medical team are tailored to the individual patient's physical, emotional, and functional needs, meeting together weekly, or as necessary to monitor patient progress and make treatment adjustments.
The medical team interacts with the patient to involve the patient in achieving the treatment goals.
